Returns Policy

We accept returns for:

• Damaged products (reported within 24 hours of delivery)

• First-time orders eligible for 1-time courtesy return (within 3 days of delivery)

• Only unused and unwashed items are eligible.

• A ₹150 return shipping & handling charge will be deducted.

• Refund will be issued as store credit, not cash.

We keep our pricing honest — instead of hiding return costs inside inflated prices, we show you the real cost breakdown. ❤️

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at 📩 care@saaragya.com with an image or video of the product within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you promptly.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, WhatsApp or email us with your Order ID and desired size.
(1 free exchange per order; additional exchanges will be chargeable.)
